Jim Greer - Political Fraud Trial
Jim Greer has pleaded guilty to money laundering and grand theft against the Republican Party of Florida.
Greer was chairman of the Florida GOP from 2006–2010. He was accused of funneling almost $200,000 of party money into his own private company.

Former Executive Director of the Republican Party of Florida (RPOF). Assisting the prosecution under a Deferred Prosecution Agreement.
Damon Chase
Defense attorney for Jim Greer. Originally joined by Cheney Mason and Donald Lykkebak, but Mason and Lykkebak dropped out of the case in June 2012.
Charlie Crist
Former Governor of Florida. Registered Republican while Governor, now a registered Democrat. Nominated Greer to be the Chairman of the RPOF.

Former State House Speaker.
John Thrasher
