ORLANDO -- News 13 has learned a gun was taken from the home of the grandparents of missing 3-year-old Caylee Anthony early Saturday morning.
The Orlando Sentinel reported Saturday Orange County deputies were seen taking something from the spare tire well in George Anthony's car.
A spokesman with the Orange County Corrections Department told News 13 they received a tip sometime between midnight and 1 a.m. Saturday of a handgun present on the Anthonys' property.
The weapon is being held by the Orange County Sheriff's Office for safe keeping.
Having a gun on the property is a violation of Casey Anthony's bail. Casey was released for the second time from the Orange County Jail Friday. See previous story.
The judge who issued the bail said, however, since it seemed Casey was unaware of the gun, she will not be taken back into custody.
Later that Saturday, a security company showed up at the home to install cameras around the home.
Search For Caylee Continues
The mounted search and recovery group Texas EquuSearch is spending the weekend searching for Caylee.
The group hopes for over 1,000 volunteers to help with the search.
Volunteers have been searching in an area near the airport in hopes of finding the missing toddler.
Officials with EquuSearch said they are taking the search to another level.
"[We are] working on a national flier campaign that starts on Monday, to get her face out across the United States in the event she is still out there," said Mandy Albritton, spokeswoman for Texas EquuSearch.
EquuSearch and the sheriff's office are looking for volunteers to keep looking Sunday.
Volunteers are asked to meet at the command center, which is at 6317 TPC Blvd. before 8:30 a.m. The searches will go until dusk. For more information you can call Texas EquuSearch at (866) 473-1584.
