ORLANDO -- Deputies are on the hunt for a man in connection to the latest rape attempt in East Orange County.

A 25-year-old woman was out walking her dog around 6:30 p.m. Monday in the Goldenrod area when she was attacked.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office can't say for sure if this latest attempted rape incident is connected to the other rape case in East Orange County, but admits there are a lot of similarities.

"He was in the woods,” said Sgt. Rich Mankewich from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. “He jumps out at her he's walking alone on the sidewalk attempts to pull her in and she's able to escape. It matches the same M.O. of the same suspect."

Officials said they are working with one more obstacle. The victim was deaf so they are unable to get a voice description of the attacker. However, they're hoping that someone will recognize this composite sketch and contact the Orange County Sheriff's Department.
