NEW SMYRNA BEACH -- Now more people around the world know why New Smyrna beach is known as the shark bite capital of the World.
A picture has popped up in newspapers worldwide, even in Iran.
It's a spinner shark jumping out of the water with two surfers alongside it.
The photographer and the two surfers got together Wednesday for the first time since the picture was taken.
They say the picture is 100 percent real, even though it may seem unbelievable.
"A shark jumps out here two, three times a day. That would be like an alien space craft landed in Washington D.C., that's how people think about it," said photographer Kem McNair.
Experts say spinner sharks lunge from the water to catch their prey wiggling in the air, hence the term spinner shark.
