Florida Man Dies Of Swine Flu

DAVIE, Fla. -- A south Florida man is now the third person in the state to die from swine flu.
A state lab in Jacksonville confirms Michael Waldfogel, 58, from Davie died from the H1N1 virus.
The Broward medical examiner's office reports Waldfogel went to a doctor several weeks ago complaining of typical flu symptoms and was given medication.
He was last seen June 20 and was found dead in his home four days later.
A Seminole County woman died of swine flu late last month. A 9-year-old from Miami-Dade County died June 15.
