For 12 days, Loch Haven Park will be ringing with the sounds of alternative theatre from nearly 70 new and established artists!

Whether you enjoy comedy, dance, drama, music or even visual art, there is something for everyone -- even a Kids Fringe for the tiniest culture vultures.

The Orlando International Fringe Festival is the oldest non-juried Fringe Festival in the United States and it remains uncensored, performing in eight color-coded venues throughout the park.

How To Fringe

Get a Fringe Button: You need a  button to get into any of the shows. A button is not needed for Visual Fringe, Kids Fringe or to hang out in the beer tent. Cost is $6 and proceeds go to to the festival. They can only be purchased at the box office. Even if you have a show ticket, if you don't have a button, you don't get in!

Pick Your Shows: From absurd to heartbreaking to thought-provoking, there are a lot of shows to choose from, so check out the online guide by clicking here, or pick up a program at one of the following locations: The Lowndes Shakespeare Center, Pom Pom’s TeaHouse & Sandwhicheria, The Parliament House, Dandelion CommuniTea Cafe, Stardust and The Fringe office.

Buy Your Tickets: You can buy tickets online or at the box office inside the Lowndes Shakespeare Center. There are no ticket sales at the REP or over the phone.

Ticket prices range from $5 to $10, plus $1 surcharge for the ticketing system.  Ticket revenue goes to the artist or artists. The box office is open at 4 p.m. weekdays and 9:30 a.m. on weekends.

Get To The Venue Early: First, you will need to find parking. There are 500 free spaces at Loch Haven Park and there is paid parking at the Science Center garage across the street.

Second, seating is on a first-come, first-served basis and the lines can be long. Nobody will be allowed in once a performance begins. If a show runs long, it will be cut off, so audience members can get to the next show in time.

Enjoy Downtime Between Shows:  In the park there will be opportunities for shoppingeating and enjoying free entertainment, including an outdoor stage and a poetry vending machine.
